We offer delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class post. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days of your order.
Our delivery charges are based on the parcel weight & the price for the majority of orders. For some heavy parcels the delivery charge will increase. You will be able to review an estimated shipping cost on the cart page prior to placing your order.
Occasionally there are delays with Royal Mail. Therefore if you have chosen standard shipping please allow 14 days before contacting us about a missing delivery.
If you would prefer Special Delivery or for your items to be sent quickly please drop us a quick email – email@example.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your Lara & Ollie jewellery, however if you are not completely satisfied and under exceptional circumstances we will will accept returns.
Please note, the jewellery must NOT have been used, be in the same condition that you received it and must be still in the original packaging.
Your return items will be at your own risk and your own cost. And we can only refund the cost of the product, not the postage.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault or defect with your jewellery, we will fully reimburse you for your order as well as the return postage.
How to make a Return
To initiate your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org listing your name, order number, the product you would like to return and the reason.
Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days. If approved (if the goods are in the same condition that you received them in and still in the original packaging), your refund will be processed.
