We offer delivery via Royal Mail 2nd class post. We aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days of your order.
Our delivery charges are based on the parcel weight & the price for the majority of orders. For some heavy parcels the delivery charge will increase. You will be able to review an estimated shipping cost on the cart page prior to placing your order.
Occasionally there are delays with Royal Mail. Therefore if you have chosen standard shipping please allow 14 days before contacting us about a missing delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products at the moment. Hygiene and safety are extremely important to us, particularly in the current circumstances, so we are unable to receive back any jewellery that has left our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault or defect with your jewellery we will fully reimburse you for your order as well as the return postage. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org listing your name, order number and the problem, including a photo, and we will work with you to arrange a solution.
